The new material IB developed by our company overcomes the defects of sinking roller and stabilizing roller, such as short service life, slime on the surface of shaft body, serious corrosion, low hardness and changeability. The mechanical property of IB new material is 4-5 times better than 316L material and the wear resistance is 3-4 times better than 316L material.
IB material is a novel product produced by combining with the actual application of our company and research institute. It belongs to the basic material of our company's internal control ultra-low carbon Ni-Cr-Mo-Co alloy.
